[PS4] Question

I have looked and tried everything that is posted on how to share my PS4 profile to the online API or whatever it's called that makes it so I can be seen as a PS4 player etc.

I have looked at every single setting tab way too many times to admit, but I admit defeat. I am starting to believe that I am one of those persons that is just unable to get it to work.

Any help or links to a viable thread is much appreciated.
