LF coc build ( new to this kind of build )

Hello chad man ,
As a random player that got his hands on some currency thanks to big daddy sirus , I wanted to give a try to a build I was never able to afford .

Actually I wanna play a COC build ( prbly with cospri's ) , but I've no idea what I'm doing .

That's where I need your help .
I'm looking for a build that use the coc mechanic , and cyclone as "main crit source" .
I have a budget of 25 ex .
I thought Shadow would be the best way to go , but I've really no idea , so if you guys could help me out , would be pretty kind .
