1) One ring will not give you much. You need a helm with reserve to fit in hatred and something else. And will put unnecessary pressure for resists and such. Will gain somewhere, will lose somewhere
2) empower 3 is better than maim

I'd like to build a HOA as league starter for next league.
Do you think it's possible as a new player with 0 knowledge?

I doubt so, it's an easy to play build, it's just expensive

how are you getting any dps with herald of agony ? I am having problem with dps fighting map boss and guardian

By getting extra levels for your Herald

i have a lvl 27 herald of agony and it still takes about 1 minute to kill t16 boss can you go look at my chara and see what is wrong with it
