Linking Steam Account

Hello and thanks for the great game that Path of Exile is.
Just discovered it recently and I'm loving it so far !

I would try to link my Path of Exile account to my Steam account but I'm getting an error right after I click on the confirmation email.
My account name is : BiBiffle + nicolasollivier2802@gmail.com
My steam account is : nicolasollivier2802@gmail.com

The error is something like : an error occured please try again later
Error code is : 86d144a05a3c0cceaa3c51399381fab5
