acceleration of scroll down

Please stop the acceleration of the scroll down in the trademarket e.g. the Divination cards. The normal speed is fine, each time when the scroll down speeds up I miss the point where I want to stop. It would be nice if the scroll down would stay permanently in the same speed.

I am not sure if its still like this, but the d-pad was working before on same speed and the stick accelerated, give it a try.
