O download no Patch não fica constante! [BR/EN]

Salve guys, vou direto ao ponto, instalei o Patch do "PoE" e na hora de fazer o download do jogo o Uploud não fica constante (e não é minha internet!!) ele fica variando entre varios tipos de uploud mas nunca fica uma taxa fixa, 834kb-2mb-5mb-11mb... Alguém poderia me ajudar?
