Phase run incorrect duration with +2 minimum frenzy charges

The phase run has base duration of 1.8 secs - 100% inc duration per frenzy charge removed.

With +2 it's 200% inc -> 5.4 secs, but instead the icon shows duration only of 3.6 secs. This is bug. It should work for all minimum frenzy charges.

Thanks for your report, this is intended.
The Increased Skill Duration on Phase run is for each Frenzy Charge REMOVED. Minimum Charges cannot be removed/consumed.
But then it's also incorrect - as it's clearly giving 100% inc duration with +1 min frenzy charge. It should give none or is this also intended?

I'm unable to reproduce this behaviour, could you please upload a couple of screenshots of this occurring?

Is it possible that you have +2 to minimum Frenzy Charges and not +1?
I have realized the char I was using (before I ripped on HC): FilsJeanOfDot has some increased skill effect nodes. So that would explain prolonged time. Indeed +to min frenzy charges is likely not having any effect on this.
