Why is my account locked and why is my character [Removed by Support] name changed?

Some misunderstanding here

There is no misunderstanding, it's blatantly obvious why the account was locked while they change your character name, stop trying to be edgy and skirting the naming policy.

Excuse me, what "naming policy"? Whats wrong with my character name?

Don't know what you mean here, or what are you two arguing about but let me explain:

Character name is [Removed by Support], a fictional char i invented with my imagination.

First name is Jate, (sounds original enough for me, instead of most common "Jade"), and the second name is Hews, as the second name (surname) refers to hewing

Whats the problem GGG?

Well please look in the TOS you accepted when you made your account.
GGG doesn't like your account name and are in their full rights to change it to what ever they want.
If you don't like the name they choose for you, you can then contact them (e-mail GGG support) and ask for a char name change and list some options they can choose from.

GGG doesn't handle account support via the forum, so nothing will be done about your 2 posts you made. For that you will have to e-mail GGG support directly.

That part sounds a bit strange, but I am unsure about their process here.
It can be because they are in the process "of working with your account" and when they are done they will send an e-mail about this and reopen your account.

My account isnt locked anymore for some time now but I havent recieved any notification via email and/or private message to my PoE account regarding account being blocked or my character renamed temporarily or permanently (its renamed permanently).

Is that normal? Looks strange to me too.

yes the rename is permanet as far as your old account name is not accepted anymore. However you can, when they reply to your e-mail, ask them to change the char name again (remember to send them some options).

I really dont know their policy about how they notify account owners when a forced name change has taken place. I would ask them this also. :)
