Running this build on Synthesis Flashback, pretty damn fun indeed. I had some mana leech problems due to low dps so I switched Damage on Full Life for Blood Magic, since I don't really like using it even if I'm a Slayer. And since I don't need mana I can use Herald of Purity.
It is pretty annoying trying to buy good rares on the Flashback event though, so upgrading will be a hassle. Breezing through yellow maps so far, and I doubt I'll have much trouble on red maps, just need more levels (84 atm) and items. What do you think about the new Rage support gem and changes to fortify? Any luck in converthing this build to 3.7 with the loss of free splash on slayer Ascendancy?

" Because of new flicker buff with built in frenzy generation. Can use any weapon and blood rage for sustain. Plus Frenzy skill is insane now and will be better for boss dps so you don't need to sustain on bosses. Just my input |

" New Frenzy is a good point, but Flicker only has 20% chance to get a Frenzy charge on hit built into it. That's not quite on the level that Terminus Est is as far as charge generation goes. |

Theres already a dude that has simulated the new flicker, but with a 10% chance get frenzy on a synthesised chest, and he sustains flicker starting at lvl 28(with lakishus blade due to multistrike) or 38 being the most optimal lvl.
You really dont need terminus anymore, better to get a more phys dmg weapon |
