Getting really bad ping spikes the last few days.

I'm not sure how to read winmtr so just going to paste the pastebin like the directions in the tutorial said to do.

I've called my ISP as well and they said there's no issues on their end (I don't know how believable that is). They also said my hardware is working fine and it's pretty new as well.

I just want to know if it's the game, me, or maybe my ISP so I can try to figure out what I can possibly do to play the game again.
