Losing map portals/maps disappearing?

The last three days, I have had a constant issue with my maps vanishing on me. I will portal out (or die) for the first time, and when I enter my hideout I have no remaining portals. This has happened on maybe half the maps I've run, regardless of tier/mods.

Just happened to me again. Left to make a trade, lost all the portals. Bug number 1,810,869,053

Happened again. Died in an abyssal depths, the map the depths was generated from ceased to exist. Bug # 2,586,235,852

I just had this on uber elder, very annoying!

some says that it's because when you come back after death, that you are sent to an other instance of your HO (this is the bug part) and you map is left in the other instance that you can't see......
I never had this error myself. | |

DCed. Come back. No portals. No map either. It is all gone. Why? I didn't die, I just DCed and I was surrounded by my minions so nothing could have killed me.

I can confirm suffering from the bug myself for the first time earlier today or yesterday. Died in a blight encounter on a red map and then when I tried hitting respawn at last checkpoint to return to my hideout it responded with "disconnected from server. can't connect to instance". I finally chose to return to town as the blight encounter failed and when I came back to hideout the 5 portals I should of still had were all gone.

looks very similar to my player-entering-my-other hideout issue.
Also lost my own instance with portals to breachlord https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2657592 add logs, you can see in them the IP of the hideout instance changes. If we could choose hideout instances perhaps we could have came back to the old one - but the client doesn't allow it.. May LeToucan be with you always.

The problem continues, I lost 4 maps between yesterday and today because I was disconnected from the server. I logged in right away and the portals were no longer there. In the past this did not happen. Can GGG check this ????
