Hello all,
Yesterday I've bought one premium tab (plus map, essence and fragment special tabs) and to my amazement it contained items from previous league(s)! I don't remember which one, because I've returned to PoE after about 1,5 years and I've deleted most of my characters. The items that there were - some gems, blue armor, unique jewels from quests. So nothing special or important but I wonder if it can be used to get any item from other leagues. I play standard Synthesis league (switched from SSF). Cheers and thank you for a wonderful game! Ok, the thing that I didn't speak clearly of is that the premium tab was a copy of other tab from past league. I never emptied any "take only" tab.

Remove only tabs get upgrade to full use tabs when you buy them.

Hey there, mark1030 is correct! If you have any "Remove Only" tabs and you purchase a new standard or premium tab, this will replace the "Remove Only" tab and will make it fully functional. This looks to be the case in your situation.
