Loading times on a regular xbox one?

Hi guys ! While Im a waiting for a ps4 release i really want to know this- is it true that loading time takes around 5 mins to load to a map ?

If you have a SSD (external or otherwise) you should expect ~5 second load times. If you don't have a SSD, the load times, they are much longer for original and S version of Xbox. I'd guess it's closer to 30 seconds to a minute. The 5 minute seems pretty extreme, even when things got bad in this league.

I play on an original Xbox One and load times do seem to take anywhere from 20 seconds to a minute. From what I've noticed, loading into towns seems to take the longest. Minion-filled areas that you've been to recently will load in about 5 seconds if they haven't reset yet.

I also experience frame drops and rubberbanding every now and then. These things definitely do get on my nerves. With that said, I hope the optimization for PoE on Xbox improves in these coming months. If not, I might just switch back to PC next league (which I'd rather not do).

Xbox one 2 here and I did break down and get an external SSD, cheap one $50 and it loads in seconds not 5 minutes.

It's fucking stupid that I have to pay for this to be able to enjoy this game. Maybe GGG will give me a $50 credit....

Imagine if they had skilled programmers that knew how to create a good streaming/data fetching system. Which in turn didn't force you buy an SSD, giving them money. I stopped buying MTX because I had to spend money on an SSD.

I honestly can't wait to see the shite show next week on PS4 :D

Hmm I have an Xbox One X with an external WDBlack ssd, and I just experienced 5-10minutes load time for The Bathhouse, completed that and teleported to The Sarn Encampment, and it’s been 30+minutes of loading.
