loading screen error crash problem

i just changed from 4 to 16 ram trying to solve this problem and nope, its not my pc, its a game problem, or league, unnistalling the game sinsce you guys dont even respond ppl on forums.

Hi,

U are in a Brazillian fórum of PoE and u can write in portuguese TBH.

However, ill try to put a light on this problem.

As u said, u got some extra RAM to your PC, but the error related is about memory.

Have u ever made a simple test on your memory modules?

Try to Benchmark them using a memtest software, trying to find any physical/logical errors.

The error says "Bad allocation" , i think that u need to look carefully your slots and sticks, cleaning and testing.

Later this all, u can show your results and if the problem still, someone can finally try to figure out if the game have some specific issue with your hardware.

Tip: Try to be more specific, posting your system specs, screnshots and tests, it will be useful to solve any future problem.
