Curse on hit don't work

hi,
I use this setup : Herald of Ice + Assassin's Mark + Curse On Hit. I use a 4 links item and the curse don't be aplly by curse on hit. I have test Herald of Ice lvl 1 + Assassin's Mark lvl 1, its same. So, any one have an idea or curse on hit is simply bugged ? Maybe you just don't notice?
Hits from your other skill won't curse on hit, only HoI - that's only the death explosions. Online delenda est:

You're using the worst method you can to apply CoH so of course it's not going to be happening consistently. Use Armageddon Brand or Orb of Storms to apply CoH, you can also throw a power charge on crit in the setup for power charge generation for maximum gains from the setup.

Or change to Herald of Thunder if you wish to keep CoH linked to a herald. It hits more often than Herald of Ice.

The only time the curse will activate is when you shatter an enemy and they explode. Likely if you do that everything else is dying at that time anyway so there is nothing left to hit. It does not mean that the added cold damage you get to spells or attacks will apply the curse.

CoH proc only the death explosion ! This is the source of my incomprehension ^^.
I try Herald of Thunder instead of herald of ice and power charge on critique ;) Really thank all for your responses ! |
