Will PoE provide torrent manual patch for Synthesis League?

I think this was mentioned that there is a possibility of downloadable torrent on the development manifesto section. Is it still possible?

" Yes, you will need such a software, and no there is nothing else to care about. Download the Torrent once it releases put it in your downloader. Once it's done you either have to un-rar/zip it, or if its just the "content.ggpk" file put that in your path of exile folder overwriting the existing one once prompted. |

Once the torrent is fully downloaded, it is a kind thing to do to seed it until at least a 2:1 ratio has been uploaded from you.
This insures that everyone gets the torrent download quickly. You can take the torrent offline 30 minutes before league start. |

Thanks for the feedback guys, I only knew on this upcoming league that they always provide a torrent download for league start. It was always stressful when patching the standalone game on day 1 so I was searching for ways to atleast prepatch the game.
