3.6 Caustic Arrow Advice?

I'm planning on having a CA Trickster as my league starter in Synthesis. This is my second character ever, so I was hoping I could get some advice from veteran players. I'm trying to decide between these two builds:

DankawSL's Trickster

I'm sure both builds are good, but which would you say is better? I guess what I'm looking for are the pros and cons of each build (i.e. cost, survivability, damage, speed).
