The new 'chaos orb" recipe

Kinda wish the patch notes would come out and say "Chance orbs up to item level 59" "chaos from 60 to blank" and so on.

Anybody have information on how to get regal orbs out of this or the "special circumstances" that are needed to obtain higher orbs. I was able make a chaos orb as long as every rare was above item level 60.

If the information is on the website somewhere and I have just missed it, a link to where it is would be appreciated.

The vendor recipes have never been revealed by the devs. The community discovered them over time, and documented them on the wiki. That will likely happen pretty soon. Be patient.

With a set of unindentified 68+ items I got 2 Chaos Orbs, just like before this patch, hmmm.

I assume the following
<60 is chance
60-70 is chaos
70+ is regal

No guarantees though

set of unidentified 20 quality ilvl ~30 = 3 chance orbs.

tested 70+ items and still got chaos

all items below itemlevel 60 = chance or whatever, no chaos.
all items itemlevel60+ = chaos | as long atleast one of the items is 60-74(<- all 75 but one 74 =chaos).
all items itemlevel75+ = regal

is this still accurate? Tried to find the recipe online and only found very old records and I'm having some trouble getting it to work in game
