Missing Skill tooltips

I found a bug where after alt-tabbing out and into the game bugs the skill gem tooltips.
I'm not sure whether they show up outside of the screen or they don't show up at all (think I saw the edge of one tooltip to the right earlier today, might have been a different bug though). I can confirm this (seem to be the same issue) happens here too, and may be related to Alt-Tab; Skill-desc is placed (here: partial) outside of the screen until you grab the gem and place it again:

I am getting this exact same thing. Also, if the skill gem is in your inventory the tool tip may even go completely off screen, giving the appearance that its missing completely.

It shifts to the very far right of your screen. It doesn't seem to be happening in windowed mode, just full-screen.
