CoC Flicker assassin - build help

Hi all,

I have made a CoC assassin using flicker strike and ice nova x2 with cospri's. I feel the damage is good but not great and am hoping to get some pointers as to how to improve it or things I have overlooked. I have crammed a lot of uniques into it so my res are not great (hence the res jewels x2). I am working on making a high life/crit/- mana cost astral plate now. The link to my build is below.
