Skill Gem level up bug?

I would like to report the following issue. I was in a map when my skill gem leveled up in the weapon you saw. There is supposed to be a button that allows you to level up the gem. The issue here is when I want to level up the gem there is no button for it appears unless it is inside the weapon in question.

The picture above proves that the gem is ready to level but as you can see there is no button.

The next picture, when placing the aforementioned gem. Elemental Focus it shows there is a button that appears where u can click it to level up the gem.

But as you can plainly see when i remove the gem from the weapon the button has disappeared.

The third picture, has the gem inside the Hungry Loop Ring. Once again the button for leveling the gem is clearly missing.

I used a scour on the weapon thinking that if it was gone maybe there wouldn't be an issue.

The main reason why i am using links instead of posting the images directly, is when i use the image button the picture appears to be broken. This bug is severely hampering me from doing what i am meant to do. leveling a gem to get to level 20 so the hungry loop can consume the gem.

Please fix this issue or provide me with another gem that is close to leveling so i can work on getting the gems i need to feed my ring.

There is a button. It’s below your inventory as are all the dismissed gems ready to level. In your 3rd screenshot, you have to wear the ring to get the button I think.

actually that worked. ty very much. yeah putting the actual rings on did fix the issue.
