Theoretical highest damage per hit weapon

While playing consecrated path with dual wield and 2 swords, I've noticed that while the skill is not bad, it's getting on my nerves a bit, especially with higher attack speeds, due to its visuals and sound.
I've also never really been a fan of insane attack speeds.

So I thought Consecrated Path might be a great skill to make a living flame blast.
Slow, like its spell brother, but with a lot of oomph.
I imagine a weapon with huge per hit damage, you teleport into a group of enemies, they die to the fiery slam and ideally proliferate the burn to the surrounding stragglers... much like flame blast.

Seems you can get up to 752 physical damage on a perfectly rolled Vaal Axe.
Does anyone know if there is a unique weapon that would come close? Oro's seems good as well and some of the rarer unique axes, but I think the highest per single hit damage would be that perfectly rolled Vaal Axe.

The result might differ according to modifiers.

You can imagine weapon with the Shaper modifier
Adds # to # Fire Damage to Attacks with this Weapon per 10 Strength and build with tons of strength.

Oro´s has a good potential (especially with quality / corruption)
