I don't see why it wouldn't. Probably just no luck. Out of curiosity, what do you need it for? Upgrading for Elder base Atziri's Reflection?

Hello, thanks for letting me know. I was able to farm the queen's sacrifice last night (super lucky as I needed it for my totem build). So I wanted to 30% and elder base for looks
