Alva won't open incursions

I died in the first incursion and got reward from it, but the other two incursions couldn't be opened after that. Alva only has "show temple" option.

I still had six incursions remaining before I could open the temple.

Can confirm this bug. I died the instant I walked into the Incursion. Then popped back (rezzed) into my hideout. Now she won't open the other two instances.

Just happened to me in an Infested Valley map. I also died in my first incursion. Found Alva's other two instances, but was unable to enter the incursions.

Happened exactly to me too with a Shaped Infested Valley Map.

Also happened to me on two occasions.

Seems if you die in a map that Alva is on, you can no longer complete her mission.

Can confirm it happened to me too. I can no longer encounter Alva despite having 1 incursion as stated when I 'speak' to her. Hence, I cannot do the temple in the current league anymore. Very sad.

Same issue here

Just had this happen.

Entered the first temporal incursion (1/3) and died.
Respawned in my hideout.
Returned to the map and collected loot at the first Alva location.
Found the next two locations of Alva, but she would not provide a quest.
Stuck at 1/3 temporal incursions and had to abandon the quest.

I got desconected and after login again, I can't enter incursions animore.
