Made a Skill/Spell Tier List and Collection of 3.5 Builds for all offensive spells.

Took me quite a bit of time but hopefully it wasn't for nothing. I've compiled a full list of offensive Skill Gems that can potentially be used as a primary skill in a build and ranked them by damage/usefulness/meta/budget/end-game viability etc...

I might have ranked the melee skills wrong (haven't played a melee skill in the last 2 years or even more) so if you have any constructive criticism or input to add I'd be happy to make an edit if you have a good reason behind your criticism.

The data about meta skills was gathered from PoE.Ninja -> Very useful website!

Short description what's on there:
-5 Tiers of skills.
-Description for each of the tier.
-Short opinion on most of the skills
-Link to a good 3.5 build for most of the skills on there (links point to builds from this forum). I'll try keeping the article up to date with every league, so bookmark it if you need a collection of solid builds on one place.
