Wand Barrage CoC Assassin questions

I'm playing a CoC char this league and started as an Assassin using a Wand and Barrage to proc CoC. The char also uses Lycosidae to skip accuracy issues. At the moment it is sitting at 2.95 APS and 99.5% crit (including buffs) for Barrage and works "alright" with these values. The chest is a Tabula still to enable linking 3 spells to Barrage-CoC-IncCrits. However, I already purchased a Loreweave which will be used once 6L.

I'm looking for advice on how to improve the spell proc rate of this char further. One thing I am especially curious about is how CDR (belt/boots) affects the APS breakpoints required to optimally proc 3 spells.
