Niko's Fuel

There is a mission in Act 4 called Niko's Fuel (Collect Voltaxic Sulphite 0/5). I have checked every place in Act 4 and can't find any.

When I go to Act 5, the mission goes off my screen, however not finding any in Act 5.

Am I missing something here? I ran through the mines level in Act 4 three times and nothing.

I'm having the same issue. It says "Collect Voltaxic Sulphite (0/5)". But the shit just doesn't exist! I LOOKED EVERYWHERE IN THOSE MINES, BACK AND FORTH 10 TIMES NOW.

Also to add. The weird thing is I can already enter the mine. And somehow I already had like 35 sulphite. So I used some and did one run to get some azurite, hoping it would fix the bug. Found a recipe for gem sockets. I gained enough azurite to do buy 2 flares and a dynamite. And for some reason, I STILL have the Niko's Fuel Quest and no sulphite is appearing in the world.

More information on this. If I go to the mine, the quest disappears on the right. But in my log it says to talk to Niko. But talking to him does not complete the quest. I assume it wants me to talk to the Niko in Act IV.



Unfortunately, it's impossible to do this because the quest goes back to wanting me to find 5 Sulphite (even though I have 12 at the moment for some odd reason), and setting the counter back to 0 as soon as I enter town.

Same issue here the funny thing is it worked no problem on my first character and when I created another one I started the quest in act 4 went in the mine never found any sulphite I am in act 6 now and the quest is still stuck at niko's fuel 0/5 but only when I go to act 4. reseted the instance multiple time nothing.

I FOUND A WORK-AROUND!

Find a friend who is also at this part of the game, and join his/her party. When entering the mine from the town of Act IV, Niko will appear in the mine, and another quest will appear to collect 3 Sulphite Veins. The quest to collect 5 Sulphite disappears after collecting the first node.

The worst part is if you don't have any friends or have one at this point in the game. Maybe it would be possible to spam the global chat and hope someone is kind enough to invite to a party.

Edit: Honestly, I don't think the quest to collect 5 Sulphite is even supposd to exist this league. Maybe it carried over from the last league, or some people are somehow obtaining sulphite beforehand, and/or some people are getting that quest instead of the new one.

Chiming in as another with this bug. Niko is standing in Highgate and has the option to take me to the mine encampment, but I have an active quest to find sulphite. Entering The Mines 1 there is no sulphite whatsoever.

EDIT: Further information. Using a second character from the same account that has not yet started act 4 will not bypass this bug. Breaking the seal on the mines will still trigger Niko's "Oooooh, look at that!" line, but the quest will not reset or progress.

Same issue here. I am also already in Act 6 and haven't found a single sulphite node yet. So I am locked out of delving basically. Any solution(don't have any friends is game that could help me with wolkaround)?

Bumping. Same issue, driving me insane! Haven't found any sulphite through A7 since the inital 30something in A4.

i do face the same problem in act 4. SSF, so i cant join a party to solve this. Will Sulphite spawn later or do i have to start a new char?
