I get this constantly since the last patch.
I am not logging in from a new/different location, in fact my IP hasn't changed for weeks. I remember we had this issue a while ago, now it seems to be back. This is quite annoying. Can you please have a look at it? Thanks. Dernier bump le 15 déc. 2024 à 07:37:42

Happens to me as well.
Background: I checked my accounts through webpage from another IP on friday. When I came home it locked the accounts and asked for mail confirmation (understandable). However from that point I had to relock the accounts on multiple occasions and I've been playing only from this IP since then. When I start the game, this account won't save my password and randomly locks itself. My IP didn't change. |

Can you prove your IP address hasn't changed?
Because if it is supposed to be static the only thing that would change it is a new router. If it is dynamic it usually changes daily. Also, it's a security feature...if you want them to they can disable it for you (after you can answer security questions) but then if you do get hacked you just made it easy for the "hacker" Ancestral Bond. Sure, Dynamic IP is a thing but i dont think the IP changed every 10sec. ;)

Having the same problem, always says I'm logging in from a new location. Never did this for years before this. I always log in from the same computer.

It happened to my son, and I within 30 minutes of each other.

ya this is happening to me as well.
it is also causing me to not be able to exit to character select screen. the game just freezes if i try and i have to force close it and restart. california gateway if it matters now i've had it happen TWICE where it locks my account because im "logging in from a different location" and have to input code from email. this is getting pretty annoying, lol Dernière édition par xMustard#3403, le 2 déc. 2018 à 22:19:30
