Altar for Helm Enchant Sacrifice - transfer helm enchants between items

I don't mind where such Altar would be located and what price would be, but we really need some way to transfer existing enchants to items we want them on.

I just realized there is no chance I will grind +1 Sentinel of Purity enchant when I finally get my hands on proper +3 Minion helm in next league.

There are many examples like this, especially having in mind that Uber runners just use most common helms like Devoto or Starkonja.

Imagine that you can sacrifice enchanted item (gets destroyed in process) and getting that enchant on wanted item... price still to be discussed.

Maybe even there could be some new currency that is consumed on Altar.

Add a 95% chance of failure ( loosing the enchanted item ) or a 80% chance of failure were both items get destroyed, and that could start being like a realist suggestion I guess.


Helm enchant are a bonus ( they can be quite a big bonus for sure ), they are not required for a build to work.
You might get shaper touched helmet of a good enough base with the enchantement you're looking for, then you can craft your +3 minion on it.

Chance to failure is nice suggestion. 90+ sounds bit too much, I think 50% would be more rational.

Having really rare (and expensive) currency that is needed for such process would make this also more ballanced.
