clvl 91 noob budget toxic rain pod trickster help

Hi guys,

Im running noob poor DoT pod trickster and have no idea of where to go next.

/the bow was a gift from a friend/

I had 9 unspent passives and I took :

- Berserking for AS and Master Fletcher for DoT; 4 points left...thinking to get Heavy Draw for more DoT

but

I am also thinkging now about Potency of Will - I already have Exeptional Performance.

So what do u think?

Maybe other options as well?
