Summon Phantasm from Soulwrest

Summon Phantasm minion from Soulwrest staff doesn't seem to be able to be supported by Spell Echo.
Is this true for minions themself, or just display bug, as this skill is triggered and such skill can't be supported by spell echo? Normally, skill tooltip informs, that "minion skill repeats [...]". I was testing in-game, and socketing Spell Echo seems to not have any effect on how phantasms cast their spell. I can't see it being repeated.
Anticipation slowly dissipates...

The Phantasms use Attacks not spell their tags are minion/attack/projectile as they need accurate |

No, phantasm use spell, support or skill ones.

It's a bug.
If it wasn't, they would just fix the typo my guess is there's too much on their plates atm |

The skill is triggered that's why it isn't supported by spell echo.
BUT the minions that are summoned by the skill should be supported but they aren't. It's a bug and I hope it's fixed soon :SS |
