BF noxious strike/vile toxins interactions

Hi,

Noxious strike and vile toxins both grant bonuses based on the number of poison on the enemy (namely +.1% base crit chance and 5% more dmg).

I was wondering whether these got recalculated as BF channels (as well as releases) or if a complete BF stack/release cycle is considered a single hit, with the same stats, recalculated when BF starts a new cycle.

Can someone clarify this ?
