Resolute Technique question
If you pick Resolute Technique, will you be able to critic with spells that are cast through a weapon such as Cospri's/Mjolnir/Poet's Pen?

The keystone is fairly straight forward you will always hit, but you can't critical strike at all.
This is good for builds that either won't stack crit or crit multi or builds that have huge raw damage, but low accuracy rating most budget builds go for this node in my experience of reading build guides. I did a rt eq jug back in prophecy league it was a fun build and more importantly it worked. |

Thanks, wanted to clarify...so much in this game isn't what it seems - Like Kaom's Roots and the base speed, yet tar still slows :P

" Tar only reduces your movement speed, it does not Slow your character. Kaom's Roots protect you against all Slow effects; but nothing else. Dernière édition par Abdiel_Kavash#5296, le 4 juil. 2018 à 10:24:56

" The game confuses many people on this point, it's a common question. The issue is that preventing the Slow effect does not prevent the lowering of base movement speed. So you could be totally immune to Slow, but have your base movement speed lowered. This would produce a result where you are still doing everything at full speed except for Movement, and thus have an effect that appears similar to Slow as far as movement, but without having actually been Slowed. " Yes, totally. You could have a hypothetical item with 100% reduced movement speed. Your character would be stuck in place unable to move; but you could still attack or cast spells normally. Since this is not Slow, Kaom's Roots would do nothing against this effect. (I think the new grasping vines nemesis mod actually does something like this; although I'm not sure.) |

the kaom's root question isn't dumb its just poorly worded, the fact tar slows you as usual yet you are immune to freeze makes the concept pretty retarded, it only works if you know that GGG's term for slow is pretty random as to what it includes.
It makes sense when you know about it but the surface description is a long way from its actual reality. Dernière édition par Draegnarrr#2823, le 4 juil. 2018 à 11:18:47
