Gem: Critical Weakness
Level: 11 In the text of the Gem stands "... Cursed Enemies have an additional 8% chance to receive a critical Strike..." When I open the Character panel an click on Critical Weakness in the list, it stands there "...Spell Critical Strike Chance 5,00%..." So where are the 3% difference comming form? The character screen can't tell whether a monster is going to be cursed or not, and many monsters are even curse immune. This 5% value is your chance to make a critical strike BEFORE the bonus from the curse is added on.
Actually, you can never drop below a 5% natural chance to get a critical hit, unless you take the Resolute Technique Keystone passive. Urist McDwarfy has been happy lately. He admired an exceptional ARPG recently. He took joy in slaughter lately. He has been attacked by the dead recently.

" Yes its listed up. I think that it means, that Critical Weakness has a 5% chance to hit critical. It is also shown by Enduring Cry. Es gibt drei Wege des Lernens:
