Does Uber Hillock has bug?

I made 4 char, up all to lvl 7 in 1st zone, after that i rush Hillock again and again about 20 hours with ~ 2000 kill Hillock and never seen Uber Hillock! is it bug or GGG hate me? pls

someone help me plss! im run out of hope!

No, it is not a bug, it is just extremely rare to see him now after the change they made several months back.

if it just extremely rare, why my friend meet UH in 2 hours and me waste 24h for nothing?

Back in the Oni-Goroshi mega-thread, when the idea of making the sword drop from Hillock was being discussed, there was the suggestion to make it level-dependent, such that your drop chance (aka Hillock spawn chance) greatly increased after a certain level. Maybe the developers kept that feeling by giving large drop chance boosts at level 8 and 9. This means it may actually be faster to farm the white monsters on the way to Hillock instead of just rushing to Hillock repeatedly.

I am not 100% sure of this, though. Would be nice to get developer confirmation.

I dropped my post-drop-chance-nerf OG at Level 9, about 6 or 7 hours /played on the character (so, over the course of 3-7 days, I forget exactly how long it took), because I took the strategy of killing the white monsters on the way to Hillock.
