Maker of Mires invincibility bug

Got my first Hallowed Ground unique map in beastiary league and I decided to do it.
I killed all the 4 other bosses and returned to kill Maker of Mire, only to still find him invincible. I have not figured out the conclusive bug in this senario, but I did capture the Balah, duke with a net. This might have caused some problem, eventhough it did count the monster as being dead. Maker Of Mire has the ability to multiplicate himself for a short amount of time, that part is no bug :)
