How to open Content.ggpk, modify it and repack it?

I'm trying to create a different interface for the game, and from what I can gather the .ggpk file is basically an 'archive' with all the game files.

I want to be able to open the 'archive', replace a few files, and pack it back up.

It is against the Terms of Service, and it will make you a sad panda when you get banned.
