Duration is for arcane surge, you proc EO anyway since you have power charges

Just respected my character into this build but I am having trouble sustaining RF. Can anyone take a look and let me know what I can upgrade?

I was wondering how Head hunter's belt works with this build. I know it works with most any build, but this is a RF build.

I am using it, seems ok, when I get bad guys buffs it is all over, but until then things can be dicey.

I feel like Head hunter is not the best for this build, I could be wrong.

Hi does anybody know if the leech enchantment will work with RF and the totems or should I try to get the 1,5% regen enchantment?
