say i used this wep.. the fire damage would add to skills also? and what boots the damage? say im useing fire stormm would the fire damaged added to that be buffed by Spell damage? Elemental damage? or elemental damage with weapons?

it says "Adds 4 to 7 Fire Damage to Attacks with this Weapon per 10 Strength", so no it would not add to Firestorm because firestorm is spell. You need to use some Attack Skill like Molten Strike, Ground Slam, ....

So when you are looking at stuff like this, you want to look at the tags on a skill. Firestorm has the tags [Spell, Duration, Aoe, Fire]. Brutus Lead Sprinkler says it adds Fire damage to attacks with that weapon. Since Firestorm does not have the Attack tag, it would not get the benefit of the fire damage from the weapon. Similarly, since Firestorm has the Spell Tag, it would get the benefit of increased spell damage.

As for how that damage is increased, it again goes to the type of damage. Brutus' lead sprinkler adds Fire Damage to Attacks. This means things that increase general fire damage(Increased Fire Damage, Increased Elemental Damage) apply to the added damage from the the sprinkler. In addition, things that add to Attack Damage(Elemental Damage With Attacks, General Attack Damage) would apply, but not physical attack damage.

To make the best use of Brutus' Lead Sprinkler, you generally want a STR stacking build that uses a 1H+Shield and can convert the damage into fire or uses a fire based attack. Something like Infernal Blow or Molten Strike. You stack a ton of STR, scale the added damage up, and do lots of fire damage with attacks.
