CI + Blood Rage = useless Vs Frenzy

CI + Blood rage and you get nothing but frenzy charges when you kill mobs.


why so many people talking about CI + Blood Rage , its stupid


Just use frenzy.

You also get lifersteal if u using Ghost reaver, so you are only loosing the "incrased Attack speed on low life".

Beside this, using frenzy to get charges sucks if u want to use flicker.

Hmm yeah i wanna use flicker but i am thinking about whether to CI ornot. yeah i am using ghost reaver, but really losing a whole bunch of HP ._. i dont think i have enough ES..


how much ES do i need on level 60-70+ ?

You can't have "enough ES passive nodes"
Especially if you use CI.
This is not health. All your Energy Shield (apart from small amount from that aura) comes from items. Passives and intelligence can't boost what is not there. If you slowly procede through the game on your own, you'll have some 300-400 total base energy shield at 55+lvls. Blood rage is fire and forget, Frenzy you need to refresh constantly.

What we need, and what I imagine will happen in the near future, is more methods of obtaining the 3 different kinds of charges.

I've tried this, its ridiculous trying to get enough ES for this to be a viable build, and have the defenses to not melt instantly.

I picked up well over 300% ES from the tree, you would need insane double ES affixes from your chest, gloves, helm, rings and boots along with resists and either armor or EV based on your spec.

More than likely there won't be a shield involved, and your neck has to be Eye of Chayula, unless you're already making the Skillgrimage to Unwavering Stance, and even then you'll need to have it for a while at least.

Maybe its possible with tons and tons of gear waiting for you the whole way but otherwise....it's just awful to try and level this.
