Solo Self Found(ish)

I would love to play a solo self found where you could have 25 or so trades per character. This way you can still have the solo self found experience while still being able to sell or buy big ticket items. Would also make sustaining high lvl maps more realistic.

I have no idea how feasible this is, ideally 25 trades includes buying and selling and people will likely just mule their selling. This seems like the sort of variant that would allow you to actually lust over a unique or be able to actually conquer bad map rolling rng.

That doesn't sound like SSF. The only thing I'm missing, is being able to ask my stupid noobish questions in chat.

The forum is overrun with snark and negativity. It's increasingly difficult to get a straight answer or have a serious chat with anyone about the game.

Apparently several of you missed the point, the idea is to combine ssf with the ability to acquire one or two build defining uniques. What are the odds of you ever getting that one or two uniques you really want/need. Pretty much nonexistent, hence the idea variant. Not sure why there is such a backlash to such a simple idea, but trolls be trolling i guess.

The point of ssf is to have restrictive and punishing gameplay experience for the difficulty it provides. If you want to play ssf with trade just play normal Legacy, but ignore trading for the most part aside from buying maps to progress your atlas and that 1-2 twink unique for your build.

Your idea basically doesn't make sense. Solo Self found is "SOLO" "SELF FOUND" so no trading, ever.
