Banned my account ?

Hello been playing game and got banned for no reason have no idia what happaned was playing for only a week maybe from big comeback. Got level 61 tryed to put point got allged and boom see message banned my administrator

Based on you posting your account information in 2+ threads and PMing me with your account information my first assumption would be somebody else gained access to your account. If GGG thinks someone is trying to access another person's account it'll be locked for security purposes. An employee will explain the situation when they respond to your e-mail. Dude,
if yout account is compromised, they'll locked it for security reasons, which is why Sarno wrote there, never give personal information such as email as what u do make things worse for yourself. for your case, u can mail support@grindinggear.com and wait for their reply. also, did u doing purchasing something recently? some payment may cause ban to your account if your bank did charge back to GGG. |
