Best starter MF build?

If you're clearing twice as fast as a MF build, you're having effectively 100% increased item quantity.

MF is not a good way to start a league IMO. Better to play a build that can clear fast on a budget. That is how you get rich.

Any MF build, but it must be your second character - just for finishing blow on bosses. Fast clearing is a way more profitable than any of MF builds. Especially on maps with many dirty mods on it..

Contradiction in terms. A starter build is one that requires little resources. A MF build is one that exploits resources at hand to maximize MF at the expense of all else.

Flame totems. The items you wear are irrelevant, start playing normally and replace your gear with MF gear as you find it.

Either that or SRS since you cna easily get a 5l staff, although with the added limit to how many spirits you can summon it might not be as safe as totems and some good jukes.

The number of challenges you have is irrelevant when you lack basic game knowledge. Totems do not need anything more than a passive tree to deal damage, and they'll also make up for lack of defenses while wearing MF gear.

I don't know if you are trolling [Removed by Support], but to the question "What is a good starter MF" the answer "*insert non MF build here*" is invalid.

Actually 1rial1 is right, although you could have been a bit less acid mate.

OP asked for a MF build, not for a clear speed meta build.

On topic: flame totems templar, caustic arrow ranger or scion and srs summoner are good options.
