Hello here's guy that theorycrafted the reflect build to rebel against BV, BF meta.

Hi,
I think its gonna be better to take the shield and go on max blockchance = reflect damage on block getting hit as a damage source is not a good idea, thats why the builds dont work, if you get to many hits you just die, especially in your tree having 130% hp which is way under average low. | |

Problem with this is that things have to hit you to take damage.
Also, those reflect values are very low to work with. 500 damage is nothing at end game. | |
