because the new enduring cry gives up to 2k life over 1 sec this is way more than ever (abit like the old warcry heal from zerker) and also means we can skip the golem with his "little" 100 life/s. the increased duration let us have a longer uptime on our immortal call and the vaal cold snap which is a good QoL tradeoff ;)


edit: made a little change in the tree and changed some life notes from the scion wheel into other wheels and picked the Escalation note which lowers the cooldown from our warcry for a better uptime and gives an additional juicy 10% life gain on warcry usage.
