Need More Skill Hotkeys
Hey all, I'm a new PoE player, and I just started playing last week. I am noticing that I am having difficulty using more than 8 skills. Yes, I know we can switch to a skill then switch it back. That is extremely cumbersome.
Some things I've seen said in the past: " This would be a good point if the actual times I need to quickly summon my golem is when it dies in the middle of a fight. Things like curses and auras and warcries I would like to have better control over as well. " Given that this game is built around the diversity and flexibility of its characters, it seems highly unreasonable to pigeonhole people into using 8 skills or face the annoying task of having to recast all your stuff when you log out, die, swap equipment, etc. Are 3rd party software/mods discouraged in PoE? I also would like to have some more. CWDT setups are fine, but you have also disadvanages like needing another red socket and the gem (in example fire golem) cant be that high, otherwise you cant support it with a low level CWDT.
Since the skill-swapping allaows more skills in general, why not give the possibility to just bind them on a key and don't see them in the GUI? |

" nitpick: the game more or less forcing you to assign one slot to "move only" or die constantly when moving in screens overcrowded with mobs leaves you with 7 assignable skills age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!

lmb is bound to run only, as I find shifting lags sometimes and another +1 I really don't like to cycle trough all the auras and golems I have to cast because I cannot bind them all to a key. "This is a Buff"

This will never happen. It's been brought up by Chris himself and it was deemed to technologically advanced for them to handle. If they did start the project, it would take 6 months minimum to release, then another year or two to fix all the bugs that come with it.
