Actual Bug - Spark randomly doing no damage

In lockstep w/ 32ms. No Ancestral Bond. Normal monsters. Was working fine just before. Random.
This happens more often on very narrow walkways/bridges, but it's definitely casting, and definitely not latency / out-of-sync; freeze flask up and unable to be stunned and it happens. As soon as you move, by foot or by skill, the -new- casts do damage; I'm not sure if the old ones do, but it's definitely showing me casting them and they seem to break environmental objects. I'll try to screenshot or shadowplay next time, I just didn't think about it, but realized after looking around that there's no other bug reports about this. " This seems to happen on the narrow walkways in the building in Labyrinth/Chateau, and twice now around corners where turning -just- to the side makes the spell fizzle out and not cast (which you said you'd fix, pretty please? my hand can't be in the wall and it bounces off walls...), but in which I was in a Gorge and a Village Ruin casting around the corner of a broken wall, I believe it was sea witches in the Gorge and the birds in Village Ruin. I basically one/two-shot everything, and meanwhile, something (perhaps herald of lightning) barely even touched the first 5 and do literally no damage to the rest of the pack for their duration (no health bar even pops up) to the rest, even though I cast a bunch. Typically, when I move, if I don't just die from doing 0 damage and thus not leeching, I'm able to just cast again and do damage again, but I HAVE to move, no amount of casting changes it. In Village Ruin I had died, and /oos'd just in case, but was where the game thought I was (shouldn't be an issue in Lockstep, just mentioning I'd tried, since it's possible it's an out of sync error in the lockstep coding) For reference the character is "VierzCallMeSparky", but there's basically just spark and herald of ice / lightning as far as skills; I suspect the tiny amount of damage came from herald of lightning, and spark just did nothing in Village Ruin, b/c when it happens on the narrow bridge-like walkways and I don't have herald up it never damages them at all until I move. I'll try to get a screenshot next time this happens and catch the sparks in the midst of the monsters with nothing taking damage, but I don't know how that'd really help - if it IS my casting "into" the wall and somehow not syncing with the server, I don't get how that'd be the case multiple times in lockstep; I can think of about a dozen times that this has happened, but it seems easiest to reproduce on the narrow walkway bridges, especially w/ small mobs like the spitters from the start of act 1.
