6L chest armor ilvl

Hi , what ilvl should an chest armor be before it can be 6 linked ? i have a ilvl 62 6 soc chest armor , used about 15 fuses on it , but havent got it to be 6 or even 5 linked yet, unlucky or iam doing something wrong?

you could spend 1,000 of fusing and might never get it 6L.
if it has 6S it can be 6L. May the RNG be with you always.

so it need to be ilvl 65? mines only 62

You can get 6s on anything ilvl 50+.

Item level needed for number of sockets (research ongoing)

also my friends....
Things at low lvl with lower than the normal required item level can naturally drop with higher number of sockets but I believe they cannot be attained with jewelers. The natural drop is rare but the socket rolls are different than jewelers. I Stream PvP Twitch.tv/GrindcoreTHRALL
