Infinite Loading Screen when entering zones.

Hello!

I just started having issues with ILS. Whenever I enter a map, the game just keeps on loading and then it stops responding.

I verified game cache via steam, No Errors and did not fix the problem.
I updated my GFX drivers and that didn't help.
I tried reinstalling the game and that didn't help either.
I tried various "fixes" posted around the internet and nothing helped.

The game was working fine earlier today, but now I am unable to enter maps.
It is definitely on my side as I had someone enter my map, and they loaded in fine.
I have tried just letting it load for several minutes but nothing happens.

EDIT: forgot to test zones outside of maps, and while I was able to load into Dried Lake, I am now stuck loading into Highgate.
EDIT 2: Im sensing a pattern here. The First zone I enter loads fine, but the second one hangs on the loading screen.

I have exactly the same issue. Disabling my Loot Filter didn't help. I can however enter Dried Lake or another player's hideout once, before the game stops responding in the loading screen.

I've just checked your DxDiag track and I'm also using Windows 10 and a GTX 970..
