Loot filter inaccessible on steam version?

I'm trying to use Ziggyd's loot filter however it simply isn't working at all for me nor do I have the option to enable it within the steam version of POE. Is this an known issue?

Hi there,
If your loot filters don't show up in the UI Options in-game, it's most likely that either the file extension is wrong or the file is in the wrong place. Please double check that the item filter is a .filter file, and it's located in the same folder as your production_Config file (somewhere similar to "My Documents\My Games\Path of Exile"). PRO Tip:
if you are using windows, and the file extensions are set to hidden, it doesnt work to just type .filter at the end of the file (it will end up being a .filter.txt). You need to first set the extensions to appear, than you change it from .txt to .filter that and putting the filter in the correct folder. |
